SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 

FREE SHIPPING

Our Free Standard Shipping offer is available in many states of the United States only. Wholesale items purchased with a Purchase Order do not qualify for Free Shipping. Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized/overweight products.

No international shipping is available at this time.

Free Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 1-10 business days, depending on location and product mix.

Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Any orders placed after 4 pm ET (Eastern Time) on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following week.

Express shipping options are available via USPS services. Express shipping charges are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.

DISI Creations Inc. (“Pumbba”) is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages (including inaccurate addresses inputted as customer personal information) after package has shipped.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped and in transit to destination. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@pumbbasenses.com so we can help you resolve any issue you may have, as soon as we can.

RETURNS

At P U M B B A we offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason, you’re unhappy with a product, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help address any questions or concerns you may have

Eligibility for returns:

  • We only accept returns for items purchased through pumbbasenses.com
  • We reserve the right to accept/deny returns based on specific cases:
  • If any product arrives to you damaged or broken, please contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the seldom case you develop an allergic reaction to one of products, please reach out to us within 10 days upon receiving your order. Once approved, we will gladly take the product back and refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note Gift Cards are ineligible for returns

While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.

INITIATE A RETURN

To process a return, please reach out at hello@pumbbasenses.com:

  1. Send us an email including your Order Number and Reason for Return, feel free to attach any pictures of the products in case you think it might be helpful for us
  2. We will evaluate returns on a case by case basis and we might need to ask to you for certain information about you to confirm that you are the person that made the purchase
  3. Once approved, our team will send you an Approved Confirmation Number which you should print and attach to your shipment
  4. Pack and send product to:
    Pumbba Senses Fulfillment Center
    34 W 86th Suite 4C, NYC, 10024.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
  7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
